    Learning data

Signed-in Saved follows your account across the extension and website. Recall, Study and Progress also use your account and are stored on Míngbai servers. Anonymous, browser-only Saved stays on this device until you expressly choose to add it to your account. Signed-in Known marks use your account learning state; browser-only Known stays on this device. Recent lookup History and display preferences stay browser-local.

Keep the same account and plan. Request an email code, then verify your current address before changing it.

Confirm any message sent to your current address first. Then enter the code sent to your new address. All existing Míngbai sessions will be signed out after completion.

    Danger zone

Deletion stops future subscription renewal and gives you seven days to cancel the deletion request. After the exact deadline, your account and server learning data will be erased irreversibly, even if paid time remains. Unused paid time is not refunded. Ordinary subscription cancellation keeps access until the paid period ends.

Browser-only Saved, Known and history will remain on this device. Export or clear them separately in your browser.
